at the best gym you have unlocked
trains Strength only while the extra blocks per trip pay it back, then goes back to farming
Pick your own Bench and Treadmill gym, or let it use the best you have unlocked
buys the best upgrade first and saves up when it is close, or cheapest first or in order, with a coin reserve, plus Buy Now
